Accounting for pay periods is way easier than day by day. That being said accountants having an easier job shouldn't be a reason you need to do payday loans to cover rent.

Audit in firms like EY, PwC, Deloitte, KPMG ect. has already been automated to extent but it actually makes the job less tedious and more judgement/critical assessment focussed

i feel like the sentinels have us on the perpetual grind lifestyle is so that you work and fight for your survival (but really its this idea of comfort they sold us) and you dont have the time to think beyond your limits
if we had all the time in the world i would feel a lot of existential dread

Audit no, but yes in stuff like "FP&A" where lot of Big 4 CPAs end going up that what it is.

Audit is just testing, recalculating, and reading into prior year financial statements that giving an opinion.

Thing is there could be a lot of context to read into that outside of the numbers.

Hmmm.... this is true, but at the same time I feel like that dread is necessary to get through to get to the true mental clarity or nirvana or w/e. Like you said, they got us on this perpetual hamster wheel right now and I don't think enough people take the time out to look around and think about life deeply

i just don't see spiritualy having a lot of room in out technocracy future. tech will bring quick fixes to everything. instant pleasure will be king. people will not practice meditation, they will take pills. everything will move super fast. faster than we are meant to process things
its our reality now

you're right and it's only getting worse. personally I think that spirituality is going to be some what necessary to keep sane in this society as we move forward. I'm not exactly the most religious person but I'm definitely spiritual and in a society thats based around instant pleasure and quick fixes I think if we continue to go to a more "Godless" direction we may only pluge further into degeneracy.

But people practice evil and violence under the guise of religion so we just need to sort all that bullshit out too

Oh for sure. Our generation is fighting a spiritual war right now definitely. There are definitely people in high places who practice some dark s*** and it's a fight every day
