'righteous' lifestyle?

So why are you giving up on your idea of righteousness?
So why are you giving up on your idea of righteousness?

so im jus vibin now

Because he was posting exclusive pics and info from within ISIS during the Syrian civil war. I think he had family or friends who were members, I defs think he was a member too.
Anyway he was an interesting and intelligent guy.

Repent mate! Go to mecca and do laps around 🕋 to get a clean slate
I have been studying the Quran, as well as the writings of Ibn Arabi for a while now.. I recently really committed to my prayers and have been feeling great changes. But, I have yet to get involved with the Muslim community in my city. Does anyone have any tips or advice? Thank you brothers!

this is a pretty straightforward answer but go to your local mosque and talk to people. there will be a decently sized group of regulars who are involved in the local community and your mosque might even host talks and other such events where you can meet and converse with others. Inshallah you will become acquainted with other muslims soon.

Is the Euphrates River drying up a big deal?
Yeah. It's right before the arrival of the Mahdi.
Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "The Hour will not come to pass before the River Euphrates dries up to unveil the mountain of gold, for which people will fight. Ninety-nine out of one hundred will die (in the fighting) and every man amongst them will say: 'Perhaps I may be the only one to remain alive."'
Another narration is: "The time is near when the River Euphrates will dry up to unveil a treasure of gold. Whosoever may be alive at that time, should not take anything of it."

I love Sufis. Like realistically what’re you going to do? Disagree with their beliefs? Denounce them? Fight them? They’ll just starting popping & locking & all you gon hear is “WE LOVE YOU GOD. WE LOVE YOU GOD”.
They just in their own world & they really remind me of that Sufi poem of Moses & the “lover of God”.
