Lowkey I been having better workouts during fasting than I did while not for some reason lol
Workouts help me a lot. I’m doing less reps but I forget I’m fasting most of the time
The Prophet (pbuh) states the following:
"When you perform the morning prayer, say the following seven times before speaking to anybody:
Allahumma ajirni minannar = O Allah! Protect me from hellfire.'
If you die that day, Allah will write a decree for you to protect you from hellfire.
Raḍītu billāhi Rabba,
wa bil-Islāmi dīna,
wa bi-Muḥammadin (ṣallallāhu `alayhi wa sallama)
nabiyya.
I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, with Islam as my religion, and with Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) as my Prophet. (Recite three times in Arabic.)
Reference:"Allah has promised that anyone who says this three times every morning or evening will be pleased on the Day of Resurrection." Ahmad 4/ 337, An-Nasa'i, 'Amalul-Yawm wal-Laylah p. 4, Ibn As-Sunni (no. 68), At-Tirmidhi 5/465. Its chain of transmission is good (Hasan), Ibn Baz, p. 39.

The Qur'an: Translated by M. A. S. Abdel Haleem seems the be the best one + easiest to read/understand for modern language
Pdf download:
Prefacing the actual translation, Abdel Haleem includes an introduction that covers numerous topics, such as the life of Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, the spread of Islam, as well as the revelation, compilation, structure and stylistic features of the Qur’an. In addition, he provides an overview of some significant English translations, followed by a brief explanation of his methodology and reasons for embarking on a new translation. He also includes a chronological list of major events in early Islamic history that are relevant to the contents of the Qur’an (for more info:

Extra: As an accompaniment to the Quran, it is helpful to have an exegesis, or commentary, to refer to as you read along. While many English translations contain footnotes, certain passages may need extra explanation or need to be placed in a complete context.
