I’ve seen a few films where it’s pretty obvious about the message they tryna deliver
Movies like The Big Short and Parasite tho I think handled the message really well.
IMO a great way to deliver a message is to show what’s wrong but don’t tell the audience “This is wrong! You need to believe this is bad!”
Synecdoche, New York was the most self-indulgent movie I've ever seen
Ok now name one that did a good job of delivering the message

It's an important message they're spreading (child labour), but instead of "Show Don't Tell" they "Show AND Tell".
Lost In Translation:
The idea that you can meet someone, spend two days with them and have that relationship be just as important as someone you’ve known your entire life.
The story gels that concept very smoothly because it’s two people who are essentially lost in their personal lives but come together and discover the city of Tokyo together.
