You guys missed the point Uncut gems and Punch Drunk Love aren't "Adam Sandler movies" or do you not know about the stereotype?
And also Uncut gems is overrated as f*** on here. Most overrated movie by KTT posters by far.

Haven't seen that one no lie
Corniest movie I've seen in a while. Main character was mad pretentious, trying his best to be eccentric, intellectual and unique. As he was trying to prove to everyone that he is not a statistic.
He accidentally kills this white girl that he was chauffeuring for. And goes on the run.
Stupid f***ing movie

I agree. It’s crazy too how this film had respectable backing.
It’s an A24 movie. It premiered at Sundance. Smh

new jack city and the untouchables. the anti d*** message of new jack city is nice and i understand it’s relevance at the time but it was corny at some points. the untouchables i feel like tried really hard at the whole “wedge the good guys!” thing but that might have been a stylistic choice.
the late 80s and early 90s were not very subtle periods in movies lmao.

Yea I read up about it. Would've appreciated if it was a literal adaption. The basis of the story isn't bad but the actors especially the lead was really bad.
