its very mixed tbh, some love it and some are just like meh

overall it seems like they love peele directing but not the screenplay as much or something

around 70 on metacritic

Mixture of like and confusion. Haven't seen love yet but...

Alot of these reviews are telling way too much of the movie but it definitely seems a lil mixed with more positivs then negatives

metacritic was like 65 at start with like 15 reviews

jumped all the way up to 78

Ultimately reviews never sway me to like or dislike something, I just personally think it’s cool when directors and movies I f*** wit heavy get great reviews and the recognition it deserves

Yeah I agree, if something interests me I'm gonna see it no matter what but deff like to check reviews for reasons like this

It’s crazy how that has become a marketing ploy.

The s*** that gets me is when they’ll do it too early, for example that Red sparrow movie had like a 90% on RT because it only had like 5 early reviews, so they put that s*** in the trailers. About a week later that s*** dropped down to like 40%

Father Stu is actually an interesting one because it has a 43% on RT by the critics but a 95% from the audience. That’s a big f***in difference.

And the critic score is only based off like 100 reviews whereas the audience score is based off 1000+

Idk kinda makes me think the system is very flawed because that 43% is wayyy more recognizable than that 95%

Am I confused or sum cause 90% rt and 78% meta is pretty damn great for a summer movie
