Takes time to get muscle memory and proper form, luckily my brother corrected everything I did.

Even still some exercises namely the front squat and pendlay row took over a month for me to learn before I could even add weight.

Don't ego lift do what you can do..

Follow a routine such as fierce 5 novice
Track your macros and eat a lot.

Even with my s***ty sleep schedule I made good strength gains.

My front squat started off at 65 lbs which literally two 10lb weights on a 45lb barbell, yes I felt like a b**** but you need to start off light to learn form and avoid injury.

    Now I'm doing 140lbs for 3x5, you'll get there

Deloading week's always help me reset, pushed past few plateaus that way. Like was on path for 3 plates in squat could feel form breaking entirely and stopped progressing. Dropped back down to 155 lbs and slowly working up to it again to 3 plates with good form and legs feel stronger than ever

I had to deload my overhead press, I dropped 5lbs because I stalled and now I am micro loading with 1.25lb weights on each side.
