I used to Romanian deadlift 230lbs but it almost ruined my back, dropped down to 195lbs and I actually had more muscle activation in my legs and glutes. On top of that my back was fine

Crease of the hips below the top of the knee is how low I go. I used to go lower but I was getting joint impingement in my hips.

Just go to the park, light jog 2.0 miles. 100 pushups, 10 pull-ups.
If you can’t do a pull up, get as far up as you can and hold as long as you can. If you can’t do that you need to work on your back strength/lose weight
Keep it simple and intense. You’ll see progress

After almost 6 months of gym being closed, it took me about a month or so to get back to lifting my previous heavy lifts.
Just take it easy and focus on form.
