    Naw just ego, but it makes sense. Ego lifting damn near ruined me.

    I used to Romanian deadlift 230lbs but it almost ruined my back, dropped down to 195lbs and I actually had more muscle activation in my legs and glutes. On top of that my back was fine

    Ass to grass squats with heavy weights will humble anyone

    No point of ass to grass imo unless you're training to do snatch and clean.

    Crease of the hips below the top of the knee is how low I go. I used to go lower but I was getting joint impingement in my hips.

    It’s not like people are going to the gym and having orgies bro, most corporate or big gyms have procedures in hand that work really well to prevent any type of outbreak anyways. Old school gyms on the other hand

    romanian deadlifts are the super wide ones right? idk i just stick to the regular ones i haven't hurt myself yet

    Does it matter if one uses hex bar to do deadlifts? I heard people say it’s just as effective and eliminates all that extra work. Currently do 5x5 at 155 with a hex bar

    ahhh my mistake. must use alot of upper body i imagine. Im not a super strong lifter myself but it's the growth that's the most rewarding. best regards

    Y’all brave for going to the gym
    Just go to the park, light jog 2.0 miles. 100 pushups, 10 pull-ups.

    If you can’t do a pull up, get as far up as you can and hold as long as you can. If you can’t do that you need to work on your back strength/lose weight

    Keep it simple and intense. You’ll see progress

    After almost 6 months of gym being closed, it took me about a month or so to get back to lifting my previous heavy lifts.

    Just take it easy and focus on form.
