Just go to the park, light jog 2.0 miles. 100 pushups, 10 pull-ups.
If you can’t do a pull up, get as far up as you can and hold as long as you can. If you can’t do that you need to work on your back strength/lose weight
Keep it simple and intense. You’ll see progress
If you can do 10 pull ups you have a high power to weight ratio. Honestly I don't think I can even do one yet

The gym i used to go to had a big ass tractor tire in there. Like farm tractor size.
I aint never worked my upper body and legs like that before. I walked like a deer for a few days.
Calisthenics + Jumprope + Jogging + Strech/Yoga routine = f*** a gym
If you don't give a f*** about weightlifting just do these and improve your diet and you'll feel alot better.
I've been doing explosive calisthenic movements whenever I feel like its too dangerous to go to the gym and I'm still benching 250 when I go back

Certain workouts i like doing, certains ones i dont. The tire lifts were really helpful though.

I like going harder on cardio alot more than weights, always feel 100x better after a hiit or edurance session than ever after lifting. Farmer's walks, Deadlifts and benching are fun asf though, but squatting is straight BASURA

physically its never that bad putting yourself down when you dont meet up to your own expectations is, sometimes it sucks but you gotta do it mang find something you like doing that is a workout and it becomes easy, i love kickboxing so thats my thing mang
