physically its never that bad putting yourself down when you dont meet up to your own expectations is, sometimes it sucks but you gotta do it mang find something you like doing that is a workout and it becomes easy, i love kickboxing so thats my thing mang
no i do workout dont get me wrong im just saying for other ppl
I think not going to gym is way worse for my health than getting COVID at this point
buy a home gym set up. worth it
