Tbh it’s been a while. Was either something with Han so hee or the one with joy from red velvet. Unless pachinko counts as a kdrama cuz I rewatched season 1 before season 2 comes out.
This s*** felt like a student film project made by a Tarantino/Coens Brothers fan, but without a strong script to boot and to a lesser extent, flair. It's a passable b movie but overall, pretty dull.
2.5/5
I was literally grinning the entire time watching season 4 because it’s so charming

“I thought she might have been a Republican,” Trump said. “I know one thing: she voted for me, according to what she said.”

My childhood in one picture
It’s so funny watching this now. Like the goons in the first fight scene should be ice skating, but they’re on roller blades….come on it’s Mr. Freeze!
Watched this one last night. I vaguely remember watching this one as a kid too but for whatever reason the other one is way more nostalgic for me
I’m loving the aesthetic of these movies rn tho.
It’s hard to explain. It’s like it’s a different timeline. So dark but still filled with much color. Like the riddler and 2face are very colorful characters literally.
Another thing I love is that there’s not some entirely CGI backdrop. We were still building sets and using tricks to make things look real
The Batman movies of the 21st century are so dark and twisted, these have such a quaint feeling to them now. It feels true to its comic book superhero nature whereas the latest films are more like psychological thrillers
I watched Batman Returns maybe like a year ago. Might have to rewatch that one too. Tim Burton
hit a Clerks and Repo Man double feature last night. both great films. won a poster too in a lil pre movie trivia question

Grew up on 1989 Batman and it's still my favorite.
