Yeah a lot of the production was a huge step down from the beats on Relapse. And the mixing and mastering was horrid on Recovery compared to how crisp Relapse sounds.

His voice definitely weakened from Recovery to Revival but its also like he forgot how to make good music. Its a good thing he was still top tier in the rapping aspect during MMLP2 because it disguised and covered up how bad some of the production was.

relapse is not only em's best album & display of actual ability/skill but also the best production he's ever been on as well

if not 4 beautiful being tacked on in middle of the tracklist it'd be a perfect tracklist as well
