It worked for you but for a majority of people it's not a healthy way to lose weight. If you're that big and it works then definitely keep going, but that kind of diet makes it easy to rebound and you're gonna have a hard time getting enough actual nutrients your body needs. You'll have low energy if you like to stay active.
Again, if it works for you and you want to lose weight fast then keep going, I'm happy for you. I'm just saying for other people reading it, try something else before you go this extreme. 1 pound a week seems slow but there's a reason it's reccomended. Your body adjusts slowly and it helps keep the weight off. Personally I don't like starving myself I feel like I get s***ty workouts in and I have low energy.

10-12% body fat and you'd have a solid 6 pack lol, you don't need to lose that much to get there. People have a weird idea of body fat being bad and to try and go as low as possible. Most people that think they're around 10-15% body fat are definitely higher.
