10-12% body fat and you'd have a solid 6 pack lol, you don't need to lose that much to get there. People have a weird idea of body fat being bad and to try and go as low as possible. Most people that think they're around 10-15% body fat are definitely higher.

Ahh my bad I read that wrong lol, but definitely work out and exercise before you lose the weight room adding muscle helps weight loss a lot and if you're new you can even get a little stronger while losing weight.

no cap it is like especially if you cook for other people. But after the first 3 days I just isolated myself from my friends and s*** and stayed at my granny's house. S*** worked that water just isn't fulfilling at all on the first 2 days, but if you can make it past those, the cravings for food start to diminish

you're better off eating smaller portions of healthier food and working out OP. food is energy. fasting for long periods like that sends your body into survival mode where it holds onto stored fats, breaks down your lean muscle, and can f*** you up in the long run.
why not take this an opportunity to learn how to cook healthier foods?
Imagine starving yourself & not sticking to a routine of that consists of a well-structured workout plan & diet
