As someone who’s gone from a xxxl to a small I can honestly say u will most definitely end up having an eating disorder once u hit them 200 and less pounds... as much as I want to keep telling you to keep going cuz fasting worked for me of course ... I feel like doing it the hard way and eating throughout the day is the best...
