    lost 50kg and never seen the inside of a gym. there are no rules to losing weight. do what works for you.

    u gotta give keto another try btw. i can guide u thru any symptoms the first week or so. its a breeze if u know what ur doing.
    been on that diet since september

    ah yes, thru. theres a couple common Hot Sauces that are keto friendly: Frank’s hot sauce & tabasco

    the reason why Keto is so effective is that its the only diet u wont have to starve yourself to get a caloric deficit. i dont get hungry frequently anymore, which also leads to Intermittent Fasting. i dont eat breakfast and i dont eat snacks. that there already is 30% of my daily calories. all i have to do now is sit down and wait and i’ll be a size M.

    dropped 50 lbs from lifting/diet. Was stocky before now I'm cut up, you need to workout unless you wanna be skinny fat
