prince wrote and recorded some of the most influential music of the 80s. he was at least serviceable on guitar, and his career had many changes personally and sonically.

to say MJ is better negates the idea that creativity matters.

they're not in the same league, genre, anything.

prince is a top-tier artist in at least 4 genres.
