Missed 1 day since this thread was made, and i meditate about 3-4 times a day on average (about 30-45 minutes), about 4-5 long sits a day (2 plus hours) on the weekends cause i meditate for enjoyment these days. Most of my days are spent in formal meditation. Which is why im not on here as much.
not many thoughts on it besides the fact that its an amazing thing to do and very beneficial.

I do it at random times. Ie, when my phone is charging, when its raining, on the train, i do walking meditation from time to time.
But mainly i do it around 3 am cause thats when i naturally wake up. i get in a session then pray for an hour. Starts the day off right

Its crazy how soon after switching back that I can feel the difference mainly in physical tension.

Also, i wanted to say this this morning but got caught up in work. Its something that needs a constant reminder for myself and others. Esp ppl just startin out.
Dont try and silence thought. Your thoughts are the fuel for meditation. Simply dont attach to em, let em come and go, go back to the breath every single time. and see what happens after a while
