The pain? Seemingly endless.

Things seem manageable until i look in the mirror and i'm overcome with the desire of punching the guy I see in it.

I woke up this morning.

What a f***ed up start to the day.

Can take months it sucks. Planning on changing my medicine too at my next appointment and the thing that sucks with it is that u never know how long it will take to make a change (if it even does)

I have begun taking 200 mg 5-htp and 500 mg Dopa Mucuna, if anyone has any experience with this, please share it.

Right now it helps me, and the side effects are better then with any meds I have tried. The only issue is that I am having trouble sleeping

damn i think zoloft is actually helping with my anxiety
