past few months easily the most miserable ive ever been

Found out that the average a human should think about ending their own life everyday is zero? Shocked & appalled

I feel trapped. Really hate going in circles

It really sucks when feeling bad feels so comfortable

i take it for panic attacks
it makes it okay for a few hours
f***s the memory formation though don't remember anything afterwards

Really struggling today

It calms my anxiety down alot but im really worried over it being a benzo and me having addiction issues in the past to adderall. Will have to push thru it again if i get addicted

Yeah, used to be my crutch. You do not want to go down that path.

Yeah i can see why people get addicted to benzos, s*** makes all your anxiety go away for a few hours you feel so normal

Already got hit with a million challenges this year but I swear it won't put me down
