Im 190 and 5’11, so skinny fat, most people would just say im skinny but I really wanna be skinnier, like 170 max for fashion and even tho im a good looking guy already I feel that’s the weight that really accentuates my looks the most.
Im down from 210 from july 2019 to now but man these last 20-30 pounds are killing me. At my skinniest in December i was 183 but lockdown is killing my motivation plus a deep depression
Anyone with a weight lose experience got any tips

I lost 20 pounds during lockdown by intermittent fasting and light workouts daily. Now I fast and try to run 3x a week but just a mile
You should look good at that weight and height. Try getting into free weights it's fun
do you lift? there’s a chance you’ll get down to that weight and still look skinny fat especially if you don’t have any muscle
Everyone carries weight different and ye i look “skinny” but yes I definitely have a good amount in my stomach and thighs and face
This is bcus ive been told I have a high body fat %
I could start working out to just tone up but I don’t have the time or motivation for that at this moment
I intermittent fast and calorie cut as well so I figure just getting down to 165-170 will have the same effect anyway vs doing a hard work out routine while toning up at 180 or smth

I dont work out and hv a high body fat so people hv told i could do that and look similar to what im going for since 190 isnt “fat” by any measure but I don’t really hv the motivation for that

He’s muscular and doesn’t look unhealthy at all but still skinny
I hv a pretty nice build already (arms etc) so me cutting should get me to that skinny fit look I want

Idk man but it was easy af
I did it in 5 months. I was working 20 hours a week going to class every day and eating 1500-2000/ day
But now im home 24/7 and cut my hours to 9 hrs/week bcus it’s harder to focus online for me so that has really killed my progress

But also I carry fat slightly more than the avg 190 pounder (thx to a teenage life of no sports playing and being in my room )
So even tho i look skinny in clothes I definitely can afford to lose another 20

Ye ive been switching up my time windows that’s how ive always lost weight but being at home constantly is killing me
I lost the most when id wake up for class, hv my first meal at 1-2 pm, go to work, have dinner
Even when i over ate i was always moving that id burn off hella calories
Heaviest I've ever been was 165 last year when I was hitting the gym. Caught mono for like 5 months and now I'm just too busy to gain that muscle again
Btw I do lots of walking. any opportunity you get to walk, take it... Helps clear your mind and keeps me at this weight I'm p sure. Also eating around 2000 cal a day helps me stay here. I wanna gain weight but I want it too be lean weight

bro walking and taking public transportation helped me so much last year
Walking to the bus stop, then to the subway station then to different classes then home then to work
Meanwhile now i cant even muster the motivation for it
