But also are you adding cardio?
Yeah I push carts at Walmart 4 days out of the week and average like 30,000 steps per day that I work so I consider that my cardio.
Lift weights 3 days out of the week and do 100 push-ups/squats/and sit ups and 30 dips every other day cause I’m preparing for rotc
Everyone carries weight different and ye i look “skinny” but yes I definitely have a good amount in my stomach and thighs and face
This is bcus ive been told I have a high body fat %
I could start working out to just tone up but I don’t have the time or motivation for that at this moment
I intermittent fast and calorie cut as well so I figure just getting down to 165-170 will have the same effect anyway vs doing a hard work out routine while toning up at 180 or smth
Working out will make it easier to shed some of the weight and you'd look better.
