That sounds like an approach that would need to be built from the ground up, which might not be in these label owners' best interests unfortunately

End of the day there are so many roadblocks and barriers which under their own inspection would lead to larger discussions. We live in a world where money and making money is almost essential to everything

SoundCloud too is another excellent example there have been so many great and interesting scenes and microcosms directly from there
