Shonen Jump: If an American Naruto live-action film ever got made, who do you see playing Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke?

Kishimoto: Naruto has blue eyes and blond hair, so any child actor in America could play him. Maybe Sasuke would be someone Japanese-American, and Sakura, someone European. I'm not all that familiar with the names of child actors. I only remember Dakota Fanning... laughs I love movies and know actors' faces, but not the names.

I know you are trolling. The author simply made a fictional character and can choose whatever color hair they want. In a world where people have natural green and pink hair you really going to apply real life to it. Especially when Naruto is an Uzumaki and their strong chakras correlate to red hair like a tomato (which has nothing to do with being white, it’s a f***ing anime about mystical ninjas) although he got his Dad’s hair color, who is also blonde simply because the author made a choice for a fictional character.

The author literally said he's white. Obviously he's not literally white within the context of the story but he's clearly based on the appearance of a person of European descent just like how Killer Bee is based on someone of African descent
