I enjoyed it but when he was talking about how it’s “imperative” for him to say things that “can’t” be said for the sake of “artistic freedom” I just couldn’t help but wonder if he would genuinely extend that support to anyone else in any situation, if y’all catching my drift. It’s a noble argument but I just don’t think it’s fair for him to hide behind that to justify his endless droning about trans people

Also The Closer is a genuinely mediocre special and I’m shocked he thinks THAT highly of it. This is coming from a huge fan that’s obsessively watched all his s*** and spent north of a grand seeing him live over the years
