Bought a flat recently, taking ages to process all the legal stuff but once I am moved in going for a mid-century influenced style. Got loads of furniture and furnishings already cheap 2nd hand over the past few months. Look forward to sharing with you all

Very interesting house. I love the “in the mountains” feel, just picking olive. But the house is so vulnerable; I dont like too much glass and the slits in the house make it worse for me lol

I find the boxing in of a house in the countryside rather tragic. From almost every side it appears as a block of boarded concrete. It also results in a large footprint with a lot of concrete use for little living space. Interior "nature" courtyards when the house is in the middle of an olive grove sounds like a joke.

Good point. Maybe thats why i felt uncomfortable with the styling, like you said boxed in on the countryside is tragic. Feels like a compound someone gets stationed out in, not where someone lives
