This was unexpected to me overall, but its also unexpected It wasnt a bigger case, they really had a problem with yuzu only, probably because they were the only ones to f*** up compared to the others. I dont know why tho

Never understood this argument. Preserve games that are 10 year old or some lmao. Preserving the new zelda game ain't an excuse. Regardless Nintendo killing Yuzu this far deep into the switch life gotta be a way to keep their next console safe from this. I guess.
Games don’t have to be a decade old to be preserved, doesn’t matter if it happens now or later it’ll still be used for piracy. But that’s not the main reason these emulators exist.

Dolphin had Wii games running during the Wii's run. Yuzu f***ed up by having tools to break Nintendo's encryption, and promoting their s*** by being able to run games day one. Pretty much all the biggest switch titles were show off on Yuzu before the games even released namely TotK

Yeah this should be the thing people get outraged about, the 3ds is actually a discontinued console that needs a working, updated emulator. Hopefully other devs can work on an alternarive
