im confused. If a rapper is actually making multiple genres shouldn't they be considered an artist? I think it is just a respect thing cause niggas be making more then just rap. But if you black and you start as a rapper, you will get marginalized into that group forever

also where is the proof he actaully designed anything that everyone wears today
like karl lagerfeld (him not a team under him) designed the iconic chanel logo (double Cs) and made it the brand it is today amongst other things
ye hasnt done anything in that stature when it comes to fashion
were are the fashion pieces he designed that aren't being hyped up by hypebeast but can actually stand alongside iconic pieces from other brands
besides that shoe design that again heavily resembles the nike roshe shoe....idkonly the 350s rly had that connection of resembling roshes, n those were back in 2016. since then he's got a whole catalog of shoes n a handful that have notoriety

where is the proof he designed them s***s and played a huge part in it? where are the sketches? the drafts? where is him showing us he can sketch a shoe design?
he could even sell just sketch for millions or sum like other designers get their drawings auctionedoutside of hypebeasts or sneakerheads most people just buy whatever shoe is financially in their league, I don't think the roshe fell off if it's still in stores, it just became a staple like the adidas shelltoe

Rapping is something you do, like singing or playing an instrument. It doesn’t matter how many genres or styles you want to experiment with if you are wrapping over music, you are a rapper and you say anything more than that you were trying to market yourself differently than what you think people see rappers as.
