How much body fat do you guys get to before the cut? I’m around 20% rn, a little disappointed with the amount of muscle I’ve put on tho. Mentally I don’t really feel like I have much fat either.

Lunch: some fruit +
(20g)
Dinner: any combination of veggies with trader joe’s high protein tofu (1 block = 70g)
