Feeling good tbh. Started making tea at work to hold me over.
I want to see where I’m at after a two weeks of this.
Rest days are boring as s***
i got..and still have body dismorphia. It was my workout in the summer when I was into running 🏃♀️

Lunch is like 12:30pm and then breakfast the next day like 6:00am so like 17 hours ig
but im not intending to do intermittent fasting just once i hit my calorie goal which includes protein target im just done eating for the day

im strength training just tryna save time on meal prep and eating by eating most of my calories for breakfast around 1500 calories

i eat a late breakfast 11am usually then maybe a sandwich and a protein bar before working out then dinner at 8pm and i strength train too also maybe eat something before going to bed but also depends on what my blood sugar is as well being diabetic
fck my legs are always burning before i even get worn out when doing cardio

yea feel like you need a different approach with diabetes although im not familiar with how it works

not really i go by what i know and how to take care of it so like if my blood is 11.2 and i eat something ill give about 2-3 units of insulin fast acting to bring it down with exercise now depending on what i am doing like weights it sometimes can go higher because weight lifting stresses the body and can make your blood sugar go higher but if you eat something and do cardio and give insulin it can drop very quickly so its kind of stressful sometimes dealing with it

V-Squat - 3x10; - 2x10 (all the way down, halfway up, back down then all the way up)
Single Leg Extension - 4x10 (squeeze and hold at the top)
Lying Leg Curls - 1x20 (10 full, 10 half, 10sec hold)
