Id start with lifting first then cardio.
You gonna tire yourself before lifting if you do it vice versa
still rather do squats with no shoes same with DL how are they
I like them a lot actually. Feet are very stable but the angle of the heel to toe drop makes it a lot easier to get to the proper depth

Agree with insert saying lift then cardio
I would recommend doing lower body lifts as well. The body grows better symmetrically. Have you looked into any programs?

Will definitely start with lift before cardio.

Gave up leg day and replaced it with arm day…. Arms been blowing tf up

the exercises are good, but i think you should do 3 sets of 12 reps each.
you should also include some exercises for your arms, so try to do some curls and triceps machines aswell

And gonna take that other advice about ending with cardio instead of starting.

eat a lot more dont do too much cardio keep your protein
