    I’ve been eating more because I heard about bulking but I didn’t really do any research. Is it pointless gaining all this weight?

    I want to get stronger. I don’t care about bigger muscles. I’d rather stay lean but really strong. What do I do? Should I stop bulking?

    putting and taking the weights off the bar take more time than doing actual deads man

    Use a 10lb plate to roll the first 45 on one side to raise the bar and it’s easier to put weights on and off

    Do a slow, lean bulk. Eat 300-500 calories above maintenance and make sure you’re getting enough protein
