    I get my cardio in on my lift days by walking from harlem to brooklyn in the evening tho

    Yooo I forgot you do that, that’s really crazy you could cut that walk in half wit just hoppin the train and still get mad steps in lmao but I respect it

    hit a consistent 9, 8, and 8 on the plate today on the bench (and had a hilarious 2 rep PR after adding 10 on each side.) this morning after only being able to do 6 reps at most last week.

    15 mins jump rope
    10 mins treadmill
    2 mins rest
    10 mins treadmill
    2 mins rest
    10 mins treadmill
    2 mins rest

  • have been struggling to find the time on the weekends to lift :/ currently only issue with my regiment.

    need to get the PF premium sub so i can just take my s/o cause rn that's the hold up

    Depends on what youre going for! On my cardio days lately ive been doing stairmaster sessions at 80 spm for 25mins. 15 minute jump rope paired with diet seems like it would be good for cutting 🤷🏻‍♂️

    Ive been meaning to incorporate some outdoor running into my schedule but as of yet haven’t.

  • Started back up doing my calisthenics. Doing navy burpees rn just finished 70 of em. My s*** feels like noodles I forgot how great that feels
