She flips a s*** cause I’m resting. I’m like there’s cables everywhere you can use. You know what this weird ass b**** says? “Maybe I don’t WANT to use those cables.” I’m like okay you have problems and go back to my set. As I’m turned around working out she goes “honey I don’t have a problem, you just need to lighten up.”

After 4 years of weekly5-day workouts (excluding days when I was sick, on vacation), I decided this week to give it a break. I have been doing exercise because it made me feel better but lately for the last 5 or 6 months I have been lacking that serotonin or "runners high" that I got for a long time and kept me motivated to stay in shape. Any tips on how to regain this?
