just finished an hour and a half legs session f***ing tired as f*** but i feel great for getting that done with probably hit it back up on friday once again
6 days a week
I’ve been doing 5 days. Yo… I took two days off before today, that second day I felt pains and aches all over my body. It’s like if you stop, it’ll all start to hurt. Keep going 🤠

Like for one I’m maxed out at the gym the heaviest dumb bells are 100 lbs, but the whole process sucks. Farmer carry from the rack to the bench, the one armed cleans to get them to your knees to start the sets, it all sucks

Yeah I did powerlifting in high school and got back into it over the last several years. Only way to keep me in the gym and the gyms the only way I can keep my sanity. Been running Sheiko programs for the last 5-6 years now
