Yea I get that but how would full bodies make you bigger long term? I’m also assuming if you’re doing full body workouts you aren’t going 6-8 workouts per muscle group
Most people are doing too much volume in the gym tbh. Like 6-8 workouts per muscle group is pretty insane.

I started out extremely skinny, started growing muscle, but i was extremely strict with my diet and cardio too

This figure will never happen again but i can’t even imagine what my BF% was at the time
2020 was brazy as well but don’t think i want to be this toned again. It’s so much work

I’m at like 14 percent from Dexa scan, 172 lbs and 5’10 but like literally no definition at all at lower. I don’t think I get any leaner
damn i am at 176 5'7 and lol i dont think my bmi is 14 maybe 17 if i had to guess 15 maybe

explosive training maybe can help you but start slowly obviously

I did a program called “Boingvert” a few years ago and it had me jumping out of the gym within a few weeks

Got up this morning and said f*** it and hit 30 push ups straight ( last 3 reps had to lock tf in frfr) finally.
