    ya i always hang maybe for like a minute after working out ever since i started doing this i see that i can lift more and i am not as sore

  • leg day was brutal 1st day back in the gym my normal s*** that i usually do felt like i added 25 pounds more to it my legs now are like shaking lets see tomorrow when i wake up if i can walk

    Like mixed grip/switch grip? I’ve always used mixed grip and never felt any real imbalance
