Like mixed grip/switch grip? I’ve always used mixed grip and never felt any real imbalance
so with your more dominate hand you do a normal grip then with your weaker side you do the reverse grip i never switch grip styles i have always done it like this

i mean you can do whatever feels better for you. i've just been using underhand with my dominant hand and overhand with my left since i started deadlifting ages ago, but i know a lot of people that use overhand grip.
supposedly the switch grip is supposed to help your grip with heavier weight

so i am at 176 but can deadlift 4 plates but look very lean i dont wanna go pass 180 so and dont wanna drop to 170 because i dont wanna lose strength
today was crazy for back day i did pull ups, bent over rows, t bar dead lifts face pulls then finish with 20 mins on stair master
