    I’ve only tried the Built Puff and I love them, they don’t feel as heavy and hard to chew as typical protein bars. Barebells tends to have good typical protein bar flavors, esp caramel and cookies and cream

    i used to swim all the way to being on a college swim team and it puts you in incredible shape maybe the best cardio you could do only issue is you gotta get wet

    Can’t get over the rookie gains hump. Haven’t really gotten stronger since that. Really plateaued. Started working out last November and I feel like I hit the wall mid April
