My coworker was tryna tell me they were good, glad I asked. I like the quest bars but sometimes want to try something else but don’t wanna get stuck with a box of s***ty bars

I’ve only tried the Built Puff and I love them, they don’t feel as heavy and hard to chew as typical protein bars. Barebells tends to have good typical protein bar flavors, esp caramel and cookies and cream

i used to swim all the way to being on a college swim team and it puts you in incredible shape maybe the best cardio you could do only issue is you gotta get wet
