it will take a while to see results depending on how much they wanna lose, how is there die like, cardio, plus i dont recommend it but i have been told ppl who wanna lose weight quick take ozempic

Trying to put on weight without eating a meal for breakfast or lunch might be a little tough. I keep quest protein bars in my locker for lunch but s*** if I was trying to gain some weight I’d leave a jar of peanut butter in there. I’d look up some mass gainers though in that situation
