    3 days muay thai, 3 days weights, having a diet of mostly eggs, meat, and fish. im at sub 10% body fat most shredded ive been in my life even when i was a college athlete i feel great

    Anyone do good mornings? I added them to my routine cause I feel lower back's a weak point for me, and its probably one of the worst weak points to have

    it will take a while to see results depending on how much they wanna lose, how is there die like, cardio, plus i dont recommend it but i have been told ppl who wanna lose weight quick take ozempic

    As long as his protein intake is good. Jeff nippard also has a really good video/book explaining recomping

    think that deficit is too drastic to begin with tbh
    depending on how overweight he is he can def recomp for a bit

    Beginners, people coming off layoffs, and steroid users can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time.

    1000 calorie deficit isn’t too wild as long as it’s sustainable

    Trying to put on weight without eating a meal for breakfast or lunch might be a little tough. I keep quest protein bars in my locker for lunch but s*** if I was trying to gain some weight I’d leave a jar of peanut butter in there. I’d look up some mass gainers though in that situation

    eat almonds peanuts pnb sandwiches and you will see a big difference
