Pretty normal any dr can be your pcp and prescribe xans for the right reasons, my old dr in cali was also an anti aging/family practice but refused to put me on test.

I have some original Metcons that have lasted me forever. Recently I got some Reebok legacy lifter 3’s but that’s for squatting only. Use the Metcons while doing everything else in there

The Metcons have been great all around shoes for a while. I have wide feet and they’ve fit perfectly. But I got the originals which have basically no heel to toe drop so they’ve been great for dead’s. I used to use them with my squats but started using my Reebok lifting shoes because they have my heels higher and they’re very stable so they’re designed for squats
I had issues with my hip flexor last year so they make it much easier to get to the proper depth. But I only squat with them. Once I’m done I switch my shoes back

i have a high arch so i need good shoes for squatting deadlifting do you think if i were to get the weight lifting shoes it would help with my heel problem for the gym specially for the squats and lifts ?
