box jumps, box jumps holding weighted ball, and stretching
squating im sure too, but i found the box jumps and just proper stretching the most important
oh also hand strength, one of the aspects of the dunk is being able to palm the ball with a firm grip so it doesnt get loose when youre going up

i do both too and its so exhausting honestly like these weights are too damn heavy
I'm the opposite. What I find is that my calves get sore more often lately, but after doing research it's most likely a mix of overtraining them and doms for noobs

uhhh, a couple months or so I would say, but i was certainly in a developmental stage of life lmao so it probably will be diff for you.

Fasting gives you quick ass results. I ate a bit more than usual last week and was looking noticeably chubbier (a bit of dysmorphia but I felt fat in the face.) Basically starved the past two days and I’m looking thin again.

Yes, I do 2 workouts during the fast. the first time I fasted did cardio 22 hours into it and it was very rough I actually turned a lil yellow. so I wouldn’t recommend going too hard to start
