Fasting gives you quick ass results. I ate a bit more than usual last week and was looking noticeably chubbier (a bit of dysmorphia but I felt fat in the face.) Basically starved the past two days and I’m looking thin again.

Weight fluctuates so easily throughout the day. It’s best to not give it too much attention and just focus on your fitness, like how you feel physically, not the number on your scale.

I'm the opposite. What I find is that my calves get sore more often lately, but after doing research it's most likely a mix of overtraining them and doms for noobs
i think for me the big issue is my joints have been struggling lately with my strength level and idk if i wanna invest enough into stuff like belts and straps to make it worth it to me

eating enough calories is such a struggle. just came home from the gym and i’m not hungry at all. i tried everything. liquid calories. carbs. nuts. adding oil. fast food. once i’m full i can’t force myself to reach my calorie goal. i thought going to the gym would make me hungrier. even when i was sitting all day and wasn’t active at all i could barely maintain my weight. i will keep going to the gym for at least a few months but i’m afraid of losing more weight after all
