by seated leg raises, u mean leg extensions?
u not f***ing with squats?
Yeah that's what I meant
I train legs 2x a week today was more isolation stuff
I did a set of Bodyweight Squats for warming up. I actually just started doing Weighted Squats about three weeks ago the most I've done is 115lb so far for reps.

good s*** man
squats are godly. They make ur ass f***ing huge
So I got this new collagen protein for my nightly smoothies. Good for your joints and skin and all that. Tryna be proactive with all the running protecting my knees and all that. But I get this s*** in. And I’m digging for the scoop like where the f*** is this thing. Come to find out the serving size is “4 level tbsps.” The hell is up with that. No ones got time for that put a scoop in
lol i got the same s*** but i’ve been getting them for a year now so recently they stopped putting the scoop in. thank god i was getting them before so i had a few scoops saved before i tossed them when recycles came. so now i just save that same scoop for the next tub. and now i don’t throw out any f***ing scoops from anything else i buy just in case these motherfuckers follow suit and do the same s***.
How y’all who work 9-5 manage to cut? Seems like it’s an impossible task. The discipline needed for it is crazzyyyyy
How do yall decide when to cut
the timeline of when you gotta look good. if you’re dieting for a certain event I’d start cutting at least 2 months out depending on bodyfat levels. (Whatever that event is - wedding, summer etc)
this calisthenics movement
stop injuring yourself lifting weights and just do pull ups dips and pushups
definitely embracing this during the cut along with resistance bands

I like this approach
PR on Bodyweight Dips today. I did 14 reps for 3 sets. First exercise I did so that's why. They usually are 2nd or 3rd on Chest days

Ye the latter.
obviously idk your diet but try eating as healthy as possible
cut out sugars and fast/fatty/junk food to a minimum
you’ll probably end up consuming fewer calories and getting more energy out of it

When you got too much fat. I take pictures when it's time to cut or bulk and compare with where I was before, it becomes very obvious when you scroll back and forth.
That being said I just got done with a cut, and I'm pondering whether I should try maintaining for the rest of the summer or begin the bulk right away

maintain a little imo, let your body get set before bulking again
