    Fr tho it depends on what you’re going for really. I like cutting to start the year and bulking the latter half. Easier to go through the bulk period during the holidays

    does anyone not get enough sleep or have a hard time sleeping then they wake up tired or'' feeling sick'' but still push your self mentally to go to the gym and kill it

    U need to prioritize rest or your body is inevitably gonna give out
