    I recently got food poisoning from chicken so I want to try out new things until I do not feel disgust from seeing chicken anymore

    Stppped at GNC today cuz they have a promotion for buy one get one 50% off of the ghost supplements. They had a sign that said “happy birthday ghost!” And “this GNC is family owned” so I was like that’s cool. Asked them about the promo and they’re like “oh well that’s online only, or actually not online only but not available here.” So apparently the family owned signed basically meant “we only sell stuff to suckers”

    there's this big lot near my house that I pass on my morning runs thats just chock full of broken concrete and whatnot. think imma start incorporating Lifting Awkward Stones And Walking With Them into my morning training

    its just something so compelling about that type of training, idk..

    I enjoyed this . I like the idea of more natural movements for exercises. And the mention of Turkish getups at the end , I do those once or twice a week.

    I love the routine & split of PPLPPLx too much. I always go back to it over other programs over the years. I’ve dialed into trying to do progressive overload and and be and efficient as possible while I’m there though. I do my cardio outside the gym too
