There’s one mini plate in there that makes it easier to put the weights on and off but yeah effectively 4
The liquid chalks interesting but ive never tried it cuz normal chalks just cheaper and I’m used to it

spme guys hate when you use normal chalk, i use liquid chalk and it sucks because 1 you gotta keep putting it on and two it makes your stuff all white and dirty

Anyone be using these hydration supplements?
I always assumed it was a scam but heard from a good source that the fatigue from cutting was often times an issue with electrolytes. Might be worth checking into now 6 months into this cut. Been hard to get up some mornings…
For what it’s worth I drink a ton of water that’s why I always thought the hydration supps were a scam but since they’re saying it’s an electrolyte thing with regards to the fatigue that’s what’s got me interested
