Had to stop at 4 miles
Apparently that’s the cutoff for running on an empty stomach for me lol. Gotta carb up for my longer runs

Havent been on the forum a lot, but this has been a solid week. Lost 0.5kg, strength is somehow improving a little bit and I ran twice this week.
Started the week with an extra rest day because I ran 18k on Saturday the week before. But yesterday I did a 15k with a friend and on thursday I did a variable interval training which was hard but fun to do:
2km Warmup
Interval 1 (6 rounds)
— 400m at long distance pace (5:20-5:40 m/km)
— 400m at 5k pace (4:20-4:35 m/km)
4 Minutes jogging
Repeat interval 1
2km Cooling down
With the current weight loss I also feel like I’m way more explosive during crossfit workouts. We did a Kelly Brown WOD this week which I finished in 16.35.
