dam bro its crazy to finally find someone who shares the pain of running with a funny stomach
my biggest issue is that at around 10-12km I might not get tired almost at all but I just become SO bored its hard for me to get more kilometers in. its really strange, I try to focus on my audiobooks at that moment and sometimes it helps but the boredom never really goes away during longer runs

I dont vary but my running friend told me I should incorporate more short runs and stick to one long run. currently I just do two 10+ km runs a week. I dont wanna run on rest days so I might do a few short ones on my workout days
Lost 0,8kg this week, so that half marathon really did its job.
I honestly dont know how my body works, but as long as I am steady with my food intake I’m not losing strength. I feel like after years I finally hit the sweet spot regarding nutrition and training load. Preparing for a 25km trail next week and then I’ll adjust my program for the marathon and strength.

If you run something like 3 times in a week I would indeed do some shorts and a single longer run. But also vary in tempo.
Besides a steady routine, its also fun, challenging and good to vary within that routine.

Fit really well on my wide feet. Also durable as hell. Have a pair that’s about 8-9 years old that’s finally coming apart. Low toe drop with good grip so they’re nice and secure for deadlifting

need to cop a new pair of training shoes the new balances 880 i have are to soft on the heal and its giving me heal pain and bothering my fasca more, need a much more ferm grip at the bottom of my shoe for like squats and etc
did arms today also tried the preacher curl with 65s and it was ez did like 3x9
along with hanging ab raises and Russian twists
