Our gym made it forbidden to film yourself. Little bit cheesy motto, but they say: To create inspiring people, we need to create an inspiring environment. And its a decent gym so it kinda works.
I officially hit 6 months of working out

Lost a bit of strength along the way, like now im 1-2 reps away from PR on some exercises, but i feel so light and sharp
I played tennis for two hours on sunday and when everybody was super tired i could have kept going and i dont even do cardio that much
I think I might keep it going for a while to finally get the 6 pack, but i know it's gonna come with some muscle loss.
Still, nice as someone who was on 216 pounds on January 1st. Today i weighed in at 175

I really dont have anything in my routine focusing on forearms. I’ll get enough work typically with deadlifts, pull ups, and farmer carries
But things I’ve done in the past are reverse grip curls, hammer curls, wrist rollers, wrist curls

Structured breaks. Take a week off if it’s been a while. But only a week. Don’t let a week turn to two weeks turn to a month turn to a year.
Monitor progress. Looking at progress pics over time, watching the scale move, or any other measurements improve over time helps with validation
